I love these. The packaging was kind of big and lots of paper I used to get cork placemats from pottery barn and they discontinued the chambray color that I loved. These are very pretty so thank you

These placemats are genius! I’ve never owned or even seen anything like them before. I love that they protect my vintage wooden table from heat the same way coasters protect against hot mugs, now I don’t have to worry about plates damaging the table either. They’re incredibly versatile and have already become a staple for painting sessions and toddler playtime, and they clean up beautifully! ❤️ Even my mother-in-law commented on how unique they are. Simply goes to show how fantastic they are!

Store owner replied: Thank you so much for this wonderful review! ❤️ We absolutely love hearing how many ways you’re using your mats, from protecting your vintage table to painting sessions and toddler playtime! That’s exactly what we hoped for when we created them. And hearing that even your mother-in-law noticed how unique they are made our day! Thank you for supporting Poppy! 🤍
I gave them to my daughters as gifts. They loved them!

Updated: After a bit of use, I'm disappointed in how fussy these mats are.. you have to be so careful to not get them wet or it seeps into the layer between the cork and the top plastic coating, if it gets in there it leaves a water line. I needed something easy to wipe with young kids, not something else to worry about Original: Cute, functional
French Blue Stripe Placemat - 4 Pack
Store owner replied: Thank you for your honest feedback! You’re absolutely right that the mats can show some discoloration if they become soaked or are exposed to excess moisture. That’s why we recommend wiping them with a damp cloth, cleaning spills promptly, and avoiding soaking or placing them in the dishwasher. We completely understand that easy cleanup is especially important with young kids, and we’re sorry these didn’t feel as carefree as you were hoping for. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and helping us make sure our care instructions are clear. 🤍
